Is it free for the waiter?
Yes. The MyTips app is 100% free for the waiter: no subscriptions, no monthly fees, no hidden costs. You only pay a small fee on withdrawal, similar to a bank transfer.
Can I work at several venues simultaneously?
Absolutely — that's the fundamental principle of MyTips. Waiter at a restaurant in the morning, bartender at a café in the afternoon, courier in the evening — all tips land in the same wallet, tied to your number.
How do I receive tips?
The customer scans the QR code at the table, picks an amount and pays. The tip lands instantly in your MyTips wallet — a notification and a new history entry within seconds.
How long does a card payout take?
To a MAIB card — instant, the money arrives within seconds, 24/7, weekends and holidays included. For other banks, between a few minutes and one business day.
What happens if I change jobs?
Nothing — that's the beauty of the system. Your MyTips account, balance and history stay yours. The new employer adds you in QRSmartPoint at their venue and you start receiving tips there immediately.
What happens if I change my phone number?
You change it from settings, after verifying both numbers. The balance, history and linked venues remain intact — only the login identifier updates. The process takes 2-3 minutes and is secured via OTP on both numbers.
