In short

Intelectsoft's digital tips system has two layers: MyTips — the personal app of the waiter, bartender or courier, holding identity (the phone number) and money (the wallet); and QRSmartPoint — the business platform, holding the venue, tables and rules. The manager adds the worker in QRSmartPoint and assigns tables; tips paid by customers land in the personal MyTips wallet. The principle: identity belongs to the person, not the venue.

The venue

The manager runs the venue: adds workers, assigns tables and zones, sets the rules. The table QR codes belong to the venue.

Why two platforms?

Because identity and venue are different things. When they're mixed in one system, tips stay with the business when you leave. Separated, the waiter keeps the account and the money wherever they work, and the business keeps control of tables and rules — each layer with its own responsibility.

I'm a waiter — do I also need QRSmartPoint?

No — you only use MyTips. QRSmartPoint is the manager's platform: that's where you get added to the venue and assigned tables.

I run a restaurant — where do I start?

At qrsmartpoint.md — the business platform. Your workers install MyTips, and you connect them to the venue.

If the venue drops QRSmartPoint, do I lose my money?

No — the MyTips wallet is yours, balance and history included. Only new tips from that venue stop.
